Lee Maclean

I have worked for Easthall Residents Association for 5 years. I first joined the organisation as a Duke of Edinburgh Leader then took up a post working with the teenagers on a Friday night which progressed to working in all the youth programmes and activities in the centre. For me, the best thing about working for “ERA” is seeing first-hand the progression in all the young people that attend our programmes by developing their personal and social skills through play  and youth activities.
